Living with us
Most of our properties are equipped with Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected at all times. Connecting to the internet in our properties is easy. Follow these steps:
1. Find the Network: Scan for available Wi-Fi networks on your device and select the network associated with your property.
2. Enter Credentials: Use the login credentials provided to you upon arrival. If you haven’t received them, please contact the management team.
3. Connect: Once you’ve entered the correct details, you should be connected to the internet. If you encounter any issues, the management team is available to assist you.
If something is broken in your room, please reach out directly to the onsite maintenance team. You can find their contact details in your welcome pack or posted in common areas of the property. They will be able to assist you with any repairs or maintenance issues promptly.

The properties we providing are located in secure areas and are equipped with modern safety features, including CCTV, secure entry systems, and on-site staff available 24/7. We strive to provide a comfortable and secure living environment for all our residents.

This includes situations like being locked out of your flat, making a noise complaint, or having concerns about your safety or the safety of others. The Emergency Control Centre is available 24/7, 365 days a year to assist you.
