The CUBE is just 20 meters from the main university campus and features 23 purpose-built, self-contained studio apartments. Each studio includes a double bed with storage, an en-suite bathroom, a sofa in most rooms, a wardrobe, a chair, and a study desk, along with plenty of well-placed double power outlets. The modern kitchen is equipped with a microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, and stainless steel hob. Water and internet are included in the rent, with each studio having its own dedicated internet connection. The CUBE also offers an on-site launderette. Floor plans are available for each room, and photos show typical views. All rooms are similar, and viewings are recommended.The landlord/letting agent prefers to rent the property as a whole, usually under a joint tenancy agreement, but individual tenancy agreements may be possible. The landlord is also open to inquiries from individual students who are not yet part of a group.
